Junior Champions is a Martial Arts program designed for children 4 – 7 years old. This program utilizes a half-belt progression system in which each student will spend a minimum of 3 months at each level. The curriculum is based on 3-week intervals within the 3 month learning period. Each 3-week interval will have a primary focus and will build upon one another to make sure the student has learned the needed requirements to move onto the next level. At the end of each 3-week interval the students will go through an intermediate stripe test based on that area of focus and when they pass they will earn a stripe, after the student has earned a stripe in each focus area they will be eligible to test for the next belt-rank level at the next available testing date.
Traditional class is designed for individuals 7 years of age and up, and all belt-ranks. This class focuses on traditional Tae Kwon Do techniques as well as cardiovascular conditioning.
